• Most items will have the shipping costs calculated into the order when you checkout. In the event that the shipping calculations are incorrect, PampenaMotorsports.com may charge or credit your account the amount of the discrepancy. 
• For larger items, such as engines, transmissions, bumpers, etc., that require freight shipping, the cost will be determined after your order is placed and once the freight has been scheduled. You will be charged the freight cost prior to shipment. In the event you wish to set up freight shipping on your own, you must contact Pampena Motorsports to notify them within 24 hours of your purchase. In the event you feel the freight cost is too high and you cancel your order, you will be subject to the 25% re-stocking fee as noted in our Returns Policy.

Pampena Motorsports adheres to a firm policy of not supplying ANY personal data to any outside source whatsoever, either to rent or for sale to any outside party. You can rest assured that your data is secure on the most stringent servers in the world.

• ALL returns are subject to a 25% RE-STOCKING fee that are not a direct result of our error.
• We will only accept authorized returns within 15 calendar days of the received/delivery date.
• All authorized return merchandise must be unused and in its original saleable packaging.
• ALL packaging, documentation, warranty cards, instructions and hardware MUST also be returned.
• Any missing part disqualifies your return for refund.  Buyer is responsible for return shipment.
• Your Invoice and/or Packing Slip must also be returned.
• Buyer pays for the shipping cost of the return.  Collect shipments will NOT be accepted and will be refused.
• Insure the returned parts for its full value to protect you against loss with the carrier.
• All returns must be packaged properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns resulting from improper packaging.  We do not determine improper packaging.  The carrier you utilized is the one that determines this.  If a claim needs to be filed for your return, the Buyer needs to file the claim with the carrier utilized as you become the Shipper for a return. 
• No return or exchange on merchandise that shows signs of having been installed, modified, or painted.
• No refund on shipping charges.
• All approved returns will be credited with a company check.

• All orders placed with Pampena Motorsports, either by phone, fax, mail or online constitutes the acknowledgement and acceptance of all conditions listed in Pampena Motorsports' Terms and Conditions.
• We accept Visa, MasterCard, Cash, Check, and PayPal.  These are only accepted for US Domestic and Canada orders only.
• WE ONLY SHIP TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF THE CREDIT CARD.
• All PayPal accounts must be VERIFIED with a CONFIRMED address. Products will only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed addresses. If payment is received without a confirmed address, we will automatically refund your payment.
• Most orders will be processed within 24-48 hours of order receipt. Holidays may affect processing times

• All prices are subjected to change without prior notice.
• In the event of an incorrect price listed due to typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.  Customers will be notified via EMAIL ONLY.
• We reserve the right to correct prices or calculation errors.
• We reserve the right not to process any order where we feel that it will put either party in a vulnerable position either financially or for any other justifiable reason. We will contact every customer placing an order to notify them of the resolution.   If both parties cannot come to an agreement, we will proceed with order cancellation via the EMAIL ONLY.  If no email is on record, we will make necessary notations on the order for our records.

• All merchandise sold by PampenaMotorsports.com is only subject to manufacturer's warranty and conditions, if any, and is subject to submission to the manufacturer for inspection and approval for repair, or replacement of merchandise.
• Customer will also be responsible for all shipping costs: the return to Pampena Motorsports, the shipping to the manufacturer and the shipping back to the customer.
• No warranty on items that are sold AS IS. These items may not be returned.
• No warranty whatsoever will be valid if the defect was caused by customer's abuse, negligence, or mishandling.
• No labor or inconvenience claim may be included in the warranty claims.
• PampenaMotorsports.com is not responsible for shipping cost to and from manufactures for warranted items.

• Inspect your parcel carefully before signing for package. Note any irregularities or damage on the freight receipt. If the package is in good condition, open it immediately and check for hidden damages.
• If you should receive parts damaged by the Shipping Carrier, you must call Pampena Motorsports at (631) 676-2448 within 24 hours or claim cannot be filed.
• KEEP all original packaging, including packing materials and original shipping carton.
• DO NOT return damaged items without prior approval.
• Pampena Motorsports is not responsible for damages caused during shipping.
• Pampena Motorsports is not responsible for the shipping cost for returned damaged goods received.

• All modifications, except those that are exempt, have been designed and are intended for off-road use only. 
• Many of these components may never be used in City streets or Public highways.  Federal and many state laws prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. 
• Violation of such laws may subject the owner or user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle. 
• User/Buyer assumes all costs and risks associated with any aftermarket parts.
• It is the User/Buyer's responsibility to know their local City and State Laws.
